Peter Kacer

Prior to KT Capital Partners, Mr. Kacer co-founded Summit Equity Partners, an Atlanta based private equity fund. Mr. Kacer previously spent 8 years with Convergent Resources, ("CRI"), a private equity-sponsored financial services company specializing in business process outsourcing, with a focus on accounts receivable management. Beginning as CFO and transitioning to President & CEO, Mr. Kacer helped CRI grow to over $100 million in revenues, becoming one of the top 10 companies in its industry segment.

Prior to Mr. Kacer's tenure with CRI, he spent 10 years with Trivest, a Miami-based private equity firm and an active acquisition sponsor in the Southeast and Midwest. During this time, Mr. Kacer also concentrated his efforts in a senior financial role with Atlantis Plastics, a publicly-held Trivest Portfolio Company. Mr. Kacer helped Atlantis grow from $10 million to $250 million in revenues, with Atlantis successfully completing 10 acquisitions.

Mr. Kacer began his career in KPMG's Miami office, spending 6 years with KPMG. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida State University in 1980, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami in 1987. Mr. Kacer is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Kacer is the Chairman of the Board of Smith & Reichel, Bankers Exchange, and Conart Precast, and is a director of Tech Rentals and Ameripark.
