KT Capital Partners acquired Production Solutions Group in December 2008. The Production Solutions Group is an add-on acquisition for Tech Rentals, one of its portfolio companies. Nashville-based PSG is a regional Rental, Staging and Events Company that also has operations in Memphis, TN and Huntsville, AL. With this acquisition, Tech Rentals has become one of the strongest regional providers in the Southeast United States.
Conart Precast, LLC----Cobb, GA KT Capital Partners, along with management acquired Conart Precast in January 2009. Conart is a leading provider of precast and pre-stressed concrete products. Conart's primary focus is on schools, parking garages, commercial buildings, highway projects and other infrastructure projects.

ATMatrix, LLC was formed May 2008 as a wholly owned subsidiary to The Bankers Exchange, LLC. ATMatrix purchases used ATMs, and resells parts and whole machines worldwide.
